What are good sites for website hosting. I only know of “godaddy” and now I am hearing about “1and1.” Which of these is better. Are there better website hosts out there. I don’t want one that runs other people’s advertisements and do not want to spend loads of cash. Truthfully I am only interested in registering a domain right now, but will be hosting a website sooner or later. I am just wondering which host to choose. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have used 1&1 for about three years now. They rarely have any down time, and their customer service department is on the ball. I would highly reccomend them.
